Job Summary

The role of Control Assurance Specialist will focus on the development and execution of control testing methodologies across various business domains. This involves supporting assurance activities related to resiliency materials and critical controls testing, with opportunities to expand into other operational risk areas.

The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing control tests, collaborating with stakeholders to review quality of work performed, and ensuring alignment with assurance testing methodologies. Additionally, they will prepare draft reports reflecting results of work performed, advise business on appropriate solutions and remediation activities, and engage with subject matter experts to agree on action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate control tests in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Review and ensure quality of work performed by team members.
  • Prepare and present draft reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in information security controls assurance or IT audit (Big 4' and/or internal audit experience desirable).
  • Understanding of IT systems and operation.
  • Experienced performing controls testing.
