About Our Quality Assurance Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work and wants to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

In this position, you will play a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across our facilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings with precision and effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for ensuring successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and timely closure of all identified deficiencies.

Additionally, you will oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Developing and maintaining SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and proper document control of forms and formats will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.

You will work closely with our Unit Leadership Team to implement and monitor quality standards across our facilities.

Key aspects of this role include identifying documentation requirements and preparing them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with accreditation bodies for accreditation processes.

Supporting hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is also a critical responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline along with MBA/MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration) or equivalent
  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives
  • A strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision
