Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality assurance is a critical component of ensuring the highest quality products and services. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the required standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to optimize workflows and reduce defects
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop corrective actions and solutions
- Ensure all incoming materials and components are inspected and verified against specifications
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain quality control records and reports
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D
- Experience with statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
