Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing technology solutions for IT BSS demands in close coordination with Business Analysts and Demand Managers on one side and technology partners on the other side.

The primary objective of this role is to make optimal solution design to achieve defined business outcomes in a time-bound and qualitative manner. This involves reviewing, interpreting and responding to detailed business requirement specifications to ensure alignment between business expectations and current or future technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of all Telecom IT BSS systems and good understanding of telecom business processes and priorities. They must also possess over 10+ years of overall experience in the IT BSS domain.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end-to-end solution design, analyzing pros and cons of different solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design and managing stakeholder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams.
