About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have 6-15 years of experience in Workday administration and will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new feature releases and enhancements, create technical design specs, perform unit & system integration tests, deploy, and support all Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review designs, and define functional specifications.
- Review and monitor system outages or service degradations, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices, and performing administrative functions such as business process configuration, tenant configuration, user maintenance, audits, security enhancements, and reporting.
- Deliver high-quality end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, maintain system security, and integrity.
- Complete functional testing, review known issues, and ensure business continuity.
- SUPPORT CHANGE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS, including documenting system changes, producing training materials, and delivering training.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups.
- Build standard and custom reports, worklets, and dashboards.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience with Workday in an administrative role, preferably with Workday HCM.
- Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience configuring business processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance, and other administrative duties.
- Functional knowledge of business processes within most workstreams of HCM, including benefits administration, absences, and time management.
- Able to prioritize workload, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and a strong proficiency with spreadsheets and various reporting aspects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage with business leaders, end-users, and fellow team members.
- Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods, and concepts.
- Keen attention to detail.
Compensation: ₹2,250,000 - ₹4,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonuses and benefits.
