Job Title: Employee Experience Lead

Company Overview: Escon Elevators aims to provide an exceptional experience for its employees. We are seeking a seasoned Employee Experience Lead to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Job Description: The Employee Experience Lead will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting culture-building activities. This individual will also act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations and policies, address and resolve operational issues and employee grievances promptly, and lead and mentor the HR operations team to achieve performance goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., KEKA, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean HR).
