About the Role
This position is a part of our Alternate Accommodation segment, responsible for driving sales and managing accounts in the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and engage with independent properties to drive sustainable performance
- Sourcing and onboarding new properties, providing expertise and recommendations based on industry best practices
- Grow net revenue in the market through business plans, ensuring rate competitiveness and exceeding demand
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on our extranet and wholesale business
- Build and share market intelligence reports, geography-wise and service-wise sales plans, and achieve them
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales/Travel Trade/Key Account Management/Contracting/B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills, team player, and strategic thinking
- Flair for travel and analytics bend of mind
- Reporting to the Zonal Manager Alternate Accommodation
- MBA from tier 1 universities
- MS Office Suite
- From companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Extramark, Flipkar, Amazon, HUL, Colgate Palmolive, or similar
