Job Description

We are seeking a Collections Representative who will be responsible for leading all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to balance and troubleshoot recurring or occasional bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash management, accounting, or a related field, and be proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office software, including Excel. A good understanding of tax regulations and compliance is also desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect invoices and manage all related processes, including dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration.

• Effectively communicate and support collection goals while providing quality customer service and actively pursuing knowledge of skills and tools used in all collection efforts.

• Balance, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks.

• Ensure timely reimbursement and perform acceptability analysis within threshold.
