Job Description
We're inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Collections. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting delinquent amounts from customers over the phone or securing promises from them to make payments. You'll also reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and send them for collection or refund. Additionally, you'll follow up on customer/internal disputes and work with departments to resolve issues.
This role involves inbound & outbound calling, providing payment plans based on customer requirements, and ensuring excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Responsibilities
* Collect delinquent amounts from customers
* Reconcile orders to match customer books
* Validate credits or debits and send them for collection or refund
* Follow up on customer/internal disputes

Qualifications
* Graduate degree in any stream
* Relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
