Senior Tax Compliance Specialist

Our firm relies on the Global Tax Compliance team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting across all jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle US tax compliance for assigned entities, encompassing partnerships and corporate entities.
- Review federal and state tax returns, investor reporting, and tax provisions for blocker corporations.
- Verify tax withholding calculations for distributions within tight deadlines.
- Analyze investment structures and apply appropriate tax treatments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and technology adoption; collaborate with tax technology teams to implement solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. In-depth knowledge of US partnership and corporate tax compliance is required, including Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3, withholding, and corporate provisions (Forms 1120, 1120-F). Familiarity with fund structures such as blockers, feeders, parallel funds, and co-investment vehicles is also necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is mandatory. 5–8 years of tax compliance experience within multinational financial services, asset management, or Big 4 advisory is preferred.
