Job SummaryThis senior leadership position oversees the day-to-day operations of HR Operations/Support. As a Senior Team Manager/Service Delivery Manager, you will manage a team of HR Associates and SMEs, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services. Your key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training HR Representatives
- Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to team members
- Managing performance reviews and evaluations
- Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve high levels of performance
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for HR Support
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to assess department performance
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Allocating resources based on priorities and peak seasons
Your focus will be on ensuring the HR Support delivers exceptional customer service to employees and applicants. Key objectives include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Resolving escalated customer complaints and issues
As a process improvement specialist, your tasks will involve:
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and systems
- Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing technology solutions
- Collaborating with other HR departments to streamline processes and reduce redundancies
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations. This includes:
- Conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and address compliance risks
- Maintaining a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
