We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Investment Banking Operations team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality business operations services to our global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of process areas and be able to apply it to operational scenarios. They must be able to identify discrepancies, propose optimal solutions using logical methodologies, and demonstrate self-direction, proactivity, and a willingness to seize opportunities.

Key responsibilities include establishing yourself as a valued partner by independently handling clients and client calls, escalating issues to clients and internal managers to prevent escalation, building domain expertise, and leading from the front. You will also contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the team.

Minimum qualifications include a graduation degree (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) or post-graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM), along with 2-5.5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 10 members. Experience in Investment Banking Operations is highly preferred.

Preferred qualifications include the ability to manage tasks with minimal direction, act fast and decisively in critical situations, and continuously learn and upgrade skills to stay relevant to business demands.
