Job Title: Healthcare Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, revising, or developing workflow and reporting tools to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.

You will work closely with healthcare operations management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and revise existing workflow and reporting tools to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop new workflow and reporting tools as needed to support business growth and objectives.
  • Work closely with healthcare operations management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain processes, procedures, and metrics to use for team or individual measurement.
  • Assist with operational quality review and develop an understanding of applicable software packages.
  • Prepare reports and attend select meetings at request of management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate (in any stream) degree with relevant experience in US- Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability for reporting and dashboards.
