Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end cash billing process, supplier purchase orders and payment workflows.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance operations, data management and cross-functional collaboration. As an Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Partner with Project Managers to deliver seamless billing and consolidate financial data into standardized reports.
  • Support generating insights from data to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Work closely with AP teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The position reports to Senior Director, Business Planning and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Management: Manage the end-to-end cash billing process from initiation to finalization.
  • Supplier Purchase Orders: Process and manage supplier purchase orders and ensure timely payment.
  • Payment Workflows: Design and implement efficient payment workflows to minimize delays.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and AP teams to achieve business objectives.
