Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through data-driven campaign management and optimization.

This role involves launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance metrics.

  • Create and execute strategic plans for Google Performance Max campaigns
  • Target local and regional SMBs in the USA
  • Develop and implement test-and-scale approaches to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)

You Must Have:

  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Excellent communication and English proficiency skills

About This Role:

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven campaign management and optimization. You will create and execute strategic plans for Google Performance Max campaigns to achieve performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching, testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns with a focus on performance metrics. They will also have a strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
