Lead Finance Team in US Operations

We seek an experienced finance professional to lead our team handling end-to-end finance operations for US-based clients.

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP and client-specific guidelines, acting as the primary point of contact for multiple US clients and managing expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices, conducting regular team meetings, performance reviews, and providing training and mentorship to team members.
  • Review team KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery, identify areas of improvement, and handle transitions and onboarding of new client processes.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities, preparing management reports and presenting insights and status updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to US GAAP and client-specific guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple US clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Review team KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US Finance operations, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of US accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple US-based clients across varied industries.
  • Proficient in financial systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
