Creating a sustainable future requires innovative solutions in transportation. As a Group Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping this future by developing and maintaining cutting-edge transport and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead a diverse team of experts in software design, Linux, Autosar, embedded software development, test automation, requirement management, and system architecture. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining in-house developed SW using C++98/11/14/17, IBM Rational Rhapsody, and test automation frameworks like Pytest and Robo framework.
  • Delivering high-quality software that meets agreed quality, delivery, cost, and functionality (QDCF) targets.
  • Leading and continuously developing the people in your team to deliver according to committed deliveries and achieve objectives stated in the strategic action plan.
  • Leading and continuously developing processes, methods, and tools used by the group and Agile Release Train to deliver according to committed deliveries and achieve objectives stated in the strategic action plan.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent, with 3+ years of managerial experience from line management and minimum 7 years of experience from SW development in the automotive industry within the area of connected services.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience of agile methods such as Scrum and KANBAN (In SAFe), and experience from DevOps is an asset.

As a servant leader, you will be expected to have an open multi-brand and multi-cultural mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to drive for results and take own initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Master of Science in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
  • Passion for people and technology with 3+ years of managerial experience from line management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience from SW development in the automotive industry within the area of connected services.
  • Experience of agile methods, such as Scrum and KANBAN (In SAFe).
  • Experience from DevOps is an asset.
