Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our finance operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, prior experience in financial reconciliation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Execute settlement reconciliations and processing across payment channels.
  • Support month-end closing activities including reporting and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and manage data requirements for audits and handle audit queries effectively.
  • Create and maintain management information reports for review.
  • Identify discrepancies, analyze issues, and provide solutions to ensure process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Strong expertise in reconciliation and settlement processes.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
  • Proficiency in MIS preparation and reporting.
  • Exposure to month-end closing and audits is an advantage.
