Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting: Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to our financial operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in preparation of Financial Statements under Ind AS.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization
