Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in financial strategy and planning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This will include managing financial reporting and compliance, as well as overseeing cost control and profitability management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the CFO will also be expected to provide strategic business support, manage investor relations and stakeholder engagement, and lead a team of finance professionals.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a CA qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Experience with ERP systems and technology oversight
