Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics operations for the designated zone/area.
  • Enforce operational procedures and policies, guaranteeing timely audits and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and turn-around times (TATs).
  • Manage costs and enhance productivity within the region.
  • Finalize site selections, resource allocation, fleet management, training, and budget planning for large-scale events.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, service enhancement, and employee productivity growth.
  • Maintain operational budgets and oversee vendor activities for new clients.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by promptly addressing queries, issues, and grievances.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize unlawful activity and ensure security across the region.
  • Provide behavioral and soft skills training to team members as needed.
