Job Title: Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering high-quality insights that drive business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research strategies that meet client objectives and deliver actionable insights.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business questions and develop tailored research plans.

  • Liaise with research teams to ensure smooth project execution, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Analyze data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner to clients.

  • Mentor and guide junior researchers to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's/MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in quantitative market research.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
