Job Description

As a Patient Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make informed decisions through data-driven insights. You will lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.

You will analyze claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation. Your expertise in creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and visualizations will support client decision-making.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will foster long-term partnerships by ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
