Mechanical Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate all mechanical aspects of projects from design to implementation.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, managing project timelines and costs, and ensuring all mechanical systems comply with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed project plans and manage project timelines and costs
  • Use computer-aided design software to draft designs and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate all mechanical aspects of projects

Requirements:

  • Mechanical engineering skills
  • Project engineering and management skills
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Experience in material handling systems or related industries is an asset
