Key Responsibilities

As a SAP DMC Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) and SAP BTP for client projects.

You will analyze existing client systems and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities. You will configure, implement, and support SAP DM/BTP solutions tailored to customer needs.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential for delivering enterprise-grade manufacturing solutions.

You will lead client-facing sessions for requirements gathering, solution blueprinting, and system design.

End-to-end testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support are also key responsibilities.

Functional and technical documentation must be created aligned with implementation methodology.

Pre-sales activities such as demonstrations and solution presentations are also required.

Building trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term success is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have at least 3 years of experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing or SAP BTP.

One full-cycle implementation experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing is also required.

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ME or SAP MII implementations is preferred.

Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, QM, PM, and EWM, is beneficial.

Exposure to manufacturing execution systems, industrial control systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC), and data historians is also an advantage.

A working knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC and MQTT is a plus.

Familiarity with development tools like UI5, Python, SQL, or JavaScript is beneficial.

Strong communication skills in English are essential.

Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech or a related field is required.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary.

Williness to travel up to 50% is required.
