Primary Purpose

The Manufacturing Solutions Lead will drive business outcomes through the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP systems and processes, primarily within SAP IBP and PPDS.

  • Provide ongoing support for day-to-day issues and drive enhancements to support business objectives.
  • Act as a key internal consultant for the Supply Chain Logistics teams by collaborating with business and ITS teams to design processes leveraging SAP capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and system configurations globally, ensuring compliance with these standards across all implementations.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires:

  • Proactively addressing break/fix issues, identifying enhancements, and delivering improvements for existing solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance system stability, usability, and functionality.
  • Developing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solution improvements to increase system performance.
  • Providing training and knowledge transfer to team members, users, and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure SAP solutions meet the needs of business operations.
  • Work closely with business leaders and peers to align on the Manufacturing ERP strategy, product roadmaps, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that SAP ERP solutions meet the evolving needs of Manufacturing operations and support strategic business objectives.
Education and Experience

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of SAP IBP/S4 PPDS experience with multiple full life cycle implementations.
  • Experience in BI solutions and international environments preferred.
Technical Skills Requirements

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in the configuration of SAP ECC, SAP S4, SAP IBP, and BI modules across several areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Physical Position Requirements

This role requires:

  • Occasional weekend work to minimize business impact of changes.
  • 20-50% travel required based on project demands.
