Lead SAP Transformation Projects

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead SAP transformation projects with a global scope. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for shaping solution strategies in alignment with client needs and market competition.

  • Drive business value in customer engagements and provide solution and delivery assurance.
  • Guide teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across geographies and drive improvement in solutioning, reusability, and automation.

Key requirements for this role include:

Primary Skills:
  • Proven experience in SAP solution and delivery.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules, including logistics, financial processes, and S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how they map into SAP S/4HANA.
  • Global implementation experience, including template design/build and global rollout.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies for design and build.
  • Expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including system conversion.
  • Integration experience with both SAP and non-SAP solutions.
  • Industry expertise in sectors like manufacturing, automotive, retail, consumer packaged goods, life sciences, oil & gas.
Secondary Skills:
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and articulate in business language.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive SAP landscape and partner ecosystems.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification(s) in core areas preferred.
  • Experience working in multi-location, distributed global delivery teams.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English.
  • Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Industry representation in forums/events.
