Job Title

A leading manufacturing solutions expert is required to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that drive efficiency and productivity across various manufacturing operations.

The primary objective of this role is to design, configure, and implement computer applications that meet the complex needs of manufacturing operations.

MES systems play a pivotal role in automating manufacturing processes from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications including design, software development, testing, and startup assistance.

  • Design and implement computer applications for manufacturing operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop MES systems to automate manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications that meet their specific requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and develop effective workarounds for downtimes and critical incidents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in MES implementation.
  • Technical expertise in designing and developing MES functionalities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of MES user stories and ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and its manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with ISA 95 standards and ITIL best practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Possession of MES certifications.
  • Expertise in AI/ML and its applications in manufacturing.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with IoT and edge computing technologies.
