We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Expert to provide technical expertise and support in electronic batch records and MES deployment across manufacturing units.
Main Responsibilities:- Create user requirement specifications to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Design and create electronic batch files that adhere to quality standards, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Develop and manage Master Batch Records (MBRs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), and recipes in production IT systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in qualification and risk assessment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and Automation to propose and validate solutions, driving process improvements.
- Deploy MES across manufacturing units, conduct performance qualification, and validation batches, ensuring seamless integration.
- Update manufacturing documentation after implementing electronic batch files, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide training to MES users in partnership with the training team, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
- Evaluate and address deviations and Change Control in compliance with deadlines and regulations, minimizing disruptions.
- Perform real-time shop floor troubleshooting and implement corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement.
