Expert SAP Manufacturing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of SAP manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

PP/PP-PI / Manufacturing:
  • Master Data Configuration: Configure S/4 HANA manufacturing master data for production planning and material requirements planning.
  • Global Deployments: Understand procedures around best practices for global SAP deployments.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong knowledge in production planning (MRP), work experience in make-to-stock, make-to-order, configure-to-order, repetitive, kanban, batch management processes.
  • Integration Experience: PP integration experience with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO) required.
  • E2E Processes: Knowledge and experience on S/4 HANA manufacturing E2E processes.
  • Industry Solutions: Experience in industry manufacturing solutions like PEO (Production Engineering & Operations), ETO, advanced variant configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics for industries.
  • MES Integrations: Expertise in MES integrations (like digital manufacturing cloud, manufacturing execution systems) with S/4 HANA.
  • Discrete Industry: Ability to demonstrate knowledge and work on various discrete industry manufacturing IS-solutions.
  • Business Mapping: Business and mapping flow experience for E2E discrete & process industry manufacturing processes.
QM:
  • Master Data Configuration: QM master data and configuration experience.
  • Global Deployments: Experience in global SAP deployments through understanding of procedures around best practices.
  • Quality Management: Strong process knowledge in quality management, work experience in handling quality inspection process.
  • Master Data Setup: Experience in setting up master data – inspection methods, quality agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans.
  • Integration Experience: QM integration experience with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM) needed.
  • QM Workflow: QM workflow knowledge – sample management, quality certificates, quality notifications and quality control required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Hands-on experience in continuous process improvement on audit management, stability study, FMEA and control plans preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP manufacturing solutions and the ability to lead complex implementation projects.
