Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the public relations and client servicing for entertainment clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners, building trust and credibility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and media contacts, identifying new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, staying informed on all relevant client details and providing timely updates.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and monitor opportunities for client placements, always staying ahead of the curve.
  • Review and finalize client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and client deliverables, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
Media & Influencer Relations:
  • Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers, fostering positive relationships and securing brand visibility.
  • Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage of clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and effective crisis management.
  • Conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, building relationships and generating buzz around clients.
Digital & Social Media:
  • Integrate visual communications, social media, and digital channels into client programs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the online landscape.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to client strategies as appropriate, driving innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape, with a keen sense of opportunity and growth potential.
