Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests. As a professional in food and beverage service, you will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with members and guests, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections
  • Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service delivery
  • Maintain table setup and cleanliness throughout service
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience
  • Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods
  • Adhere to established service protocols for delivery, billing, and table turnover
  • Support private dining experiences and events, maintaining attention to detail
  • Monitor inventory levels of service equipment and coordinate with the stewarding team as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with basic F&B service etiquette and order-taking protocols
  • Presentation and grooming that meets high standards, accompanied by a calm and confident demeanor
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs
