AI Speech Model Developer

We're seeking a skilled AI Speech Model Developer to join our high-talent-density team. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing and optimizing the models that power our real-time speech AI.

You'll work closely with us to analyze, process, and model data to make our systems smarter. This includes developing and fine-tuning speech-to-speech machine learning models, experimenting with data-driven solutions to boost AI performance, and collaborating with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine Speech-to-Speech machine learning models
  • Experiment with data-driven approaches to improve AI performance
  • Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models
  • Collaborate with the team to assess and deploy models into production
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for continuous learning
  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields
  • Experience with speech processing or NLP
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries
  • Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with working on datasets and data preprocessing techniques
