Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces. Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents

  • Ongoing optimization of AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in software engineering principles and experience working with AI technologies. Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design and implementation
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases
