Senior Generative AI Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI models. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in Python programming, preferably utilizing frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization. Additionally, they will be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced AI models, including creating architectures, algorithms, and frameworks for generative AI.
  • Implement AI models by integrating them into existing systems and applications.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, leveraging tools and techniques like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.
  • Preprocess and analyze data for use in AI models, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Evaluate model performance and deploy models to production environments, continually optimizing for better results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming, with expertise in frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and open-source libraries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and LLMs, including principles behind these technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and tokenization, including optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
