
Platform Success Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.
The role involves calling and onboarding schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes. Additionally, the candidate will verify class schedules, fees, and other details over phone and WhatsApp.
Another key aspect of the job is reaching out to parents who submitted an inquiry, asking how their experience was, whether the school contacted them, and how we can help further. The candidate will also maintain basic reports of their outreach and feedback.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi, be friendly, empathetic, and confident over phone and WhatsApp, and able to follow a process, use templates, and update basic records.
You will also need to be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks, and be comfortable with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.
Bonus points if you have prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles, or if you're currently pursuing studies and available part-time. We also welcome applications from candidates with an educational background (play school experience).
As a member of our team, you'll receive paid training and exposure to customer ops, education-tech, and product-driven work. You'll also have the opportunity to grow into roles like Category Manager, Partnerships, or Content Ops, and work on tech-driven operations using world-class tools and software.
