Job Title

Agricultural Finance Business Development Manager

  • Agricultural finance business development manager is required to source and manage working capital loan facilities for agri-related industries, food processing, and agro-processing industries.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include sourcing new customers, ensuring month-on-month disbursement of tickets from Rs. 2 crore to Rs. 25 crore each, meeting and appointing new CAs/financial consultants, DMAs, Kotak Bank Branch, and sourcing business on a daily basis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, including Hindi and the local language, along with English, and possess good interpersonal skills and a polite attitude to handle customers effectively.

Techno-savviness is essential, with candidates needing to be well-versed in the latest computer skills.

Candidates must have basic knowledge of working capital finance and understanding of reading balance sheets and P&Ls.

Candidates with knowledge of the local area, strong networking, and negotiation skills will have an edge over others.

The candidate should be willing to run extensively for sourcing business as the profile is 80% field job and 20% office job.

Skills Required
  1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, local languages, and English.
  2. Good interpersonal skills and a polite attitude.
  3. Techno-savviness with latest computer skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of working capital finance.
  5. Understanding of reading balance sheets and P&Ls.
  6. Knowledge of local areas, networking, and negotiation skills.

Preferred qualifications include CA/financial consultant certification, DMA, or similar certifications.
