Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Job Description
  • To achieve business growth, you will need to ensure the effective disbursement of funds while minimizing delinquency.
  • You will identify joint liability groups and disbursed loans to cater to target customers and geographies.
  • By developing and managing a team across assigned territories, you will drive deeper market penetration and reach.
  • You will assess potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Responsibilities include disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, with a focus on achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Closely monitor disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
  • Maintain regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions.
  • Track and control normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with both internal and external clients, building a strong brand identity.
  • Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers.
  • Familiarity with microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
