Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional to play a hybrid role of sales execution and strategic contribution. As a Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting clients, suggesting properties, arranging and leading site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and closing deals in line with monthly sales targets.
You will also collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our presence in Mumbai, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales but also wants to play a role in shaping business strategy, marketing direction, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Client Engagement:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai.
- Suggest ideas and directions for digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
