Billing Solutions Expert

Job Title: Billing Solutions Expert / Implementation & Support Specialist

Experience Required: 2 Years

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans.
  • Support integrations between external systems such as CRM/ERP systems.
  • Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to deliver billing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in billing systems, ensuring accurate billing cycles and invoice generation.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with billing platforms (2+ years).
  • Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles.
  • Exposure to product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules.
  • Basic knowledge of integrations with CRM/ERP systems.
