Key Account Manager - Channel Development
- Scope: Deliver business growth across multiple channels, including modern trade and distributors.
- Category Management: Collaborate with regional category teams to drive business and build strong relationships.
- In-Store Execution: Ensure optimal availability, share of shelf, promotions, and asset execution.
- Distributor Management: Achieve 100% fill rate at MT accounts and ensure timely stock availability at distributors.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth and commercial excellence.
- Commercial Excellence: Ensure prompt resolution of issues and timely settlement of distributor claims.
Required Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in key account management within the FMCG industry.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of promoters and merchandisers.
- MS Excel Skills: Strong understanding and proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Data Analysis: Ability to read and interpret data is crucial for this role.
