Key Account Manager - Channel Development

  • Scope: Deliver business growth across multiple channels, including modern trade and distributors.
  • Category Management: Collaborate with regional category teams to drive business and build strong relationships.
  • In-Store Execution: Ensure optimal availability, share of shelf, promotions, and asset execution.
  • Distributor Management: Achieve 100% fill rate at MT accounts and ensure timely stock availability at distributors.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth and commercial excellence.
  • Commercial Excellence: Ensure prompt resolution of issues and timely settlement of distributor claims.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in key account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of promoters and merchandisers.
  • MS Excel Skills: Strong understanding and proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to read and interpret data is crucial for this role.
