Job Title: Key Account Specialist
Job Summary">This is a highly rewarding role that offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with key accounts, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:">- Develop and implement market penetration strategies to tap into new business opportunities in line with global and regional business segment strategies.
- Enhance market intelligence and update customer and competitor data, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Take ownership of key accounts, including the development and execution of account strategies, ensuring alignment with business unit key account strategies.
- Establish and maintain a database of market trends, product applications, and competitor intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Design and implement specification selling tools based on sector approaches and provide support to sales teams as needed.
- Collaborate with Technical Service teams to develop applicators for installation, ensure defect-free installations, resolve product complaints, and provide product training to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new application technologies and exhibit safe behavior at all times.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and architects in the region.
