Job Title: ORM Graduate Trainee

This role focuses on monitoring, managing, and protecting an organization's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor brand mentions across various online platforms.
  • Respond to customer reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues raised online.
  • Maintain a positive brand tone while addressing negative comments or reviews.
  • Prepare regular ORM reports showing sentiment analysis, key issues, and performance metrics.
  • Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies.
  • Suggest improvements to content, communication, and customer service based on feedback trends.
  • Escalate critical issues or potential PR risks to relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of SEO and content moderation best practices is advantageous.
