As a visionary Chief Technology Officer, you will spearhead the transformation of our organization's IT infrastructure to drive innovation and growth. **Job Description:**
     Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, focusing on omni-channel experiences, data analytics, and AI-driven insights.
     Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and support omnichannel strategies.
     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT systems, applications, and infrastructure that support business operations.
     Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
     Over 20 years of experience in IT/tech, preferably in retail organizations or services companies, with end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
     Proven experience in digital transformation for enterprises, with a focus on retail industry preferences spanning across business processes.
     Experience with omnichannel systems required for a new generation retailer, including e-commerce, mobile apps, CRM systems, and in-store technologies.
     Strong leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, hire, and motivate high-performing IT teams that value transparency and accountability.
     Ability to define and manage futuristic IT architecture, spanning applications, data, and security.
     Experience in establishing an IT governance model across the organization, with a focus on DevOps transformation and process improvement.
