Technology Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on technology leader to join our senior leadership team and guide our company through its next phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a technology leader in a high-growth start-up or gaming company, with a clear understanding of building social products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the technology vision and strategy while remaining actively involved in product development.
  • Architect, code, mentor, and manage, making critical decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and innovation.
  • Build and inspire small teams while operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in a high-growth start-up or gaming company.
  • Strong coding skills with a willingness to be a hands-on leader for the next phase of development.
  • Experience architecting and scaling consumer-facing platforms, preferably in gaming, sports, media, or data services.
  • Familiarity with real-time data systems, AWS, and mobile/web development.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, data privacy, and secure transaction systems in India.
