You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the entire tech function, including strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Establishing and enforcing development best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.
  • Architecting and overseeing new feature development to ensure seamless performance and high security standards.
  • Mentoring and upskilling a talented team of developers to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborating closely with product and business teams to translate vision into technical solutions that drive growth.
  • Taking ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company expands.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks, including Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, and databases.
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • A builder's mindset, comfortable switching between strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, thriving in fast-paced, growing environments.
