Workplace Regional Lead Position Summary

This role is centred on delivering premium workplace services across assigned regions, ensuring a consistently exceptional occupant and guest experience. The successful candidate will uphold safe working practices and adhere to requirements, overseeing daily service delivery by the Workplace team and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commit to delivering outstanding service quality with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure resets align with agreed formats and policies.
  • Conduct proactive checks, reviewing reports after business hours to maintain a refreshed workspace.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management (supporting the Site lead).
  • Comply with client contract requirements and exceed performance metrics.
Operations Management:
  • Assist the Reporting Manager for seamless operations.
  • Manage a range of issues from strategic contract management to daily operations.
  • Provide professional, value-focused service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Ensure maintenance services are delivered in line with contractual commitments.
Liaison with Client Finance Team:
  • Interface with the client and finance departments for client billing invoicing.
  • Develop MIS reports for management and necessary client reporting.
  • Chair monthly progress meetings in the absence of the Operations Manager.
