Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee entire project developments from beginning to end for domestic and international markets.

This is a challenging role that requires excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for resource allocation, execution with deadlines, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, MBA preferred, and experience in managing overseas projects and clients. Proficiency in additional languages, such as French or German, is considered an asset.

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  2. Manage entire project development lifecycle, from initiation to completion
  3. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and operations
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. MBA preferred
  3. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical industry
  4. Strong technical knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
  5. Experience in managing overseas projects and clients
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  7. Proficiency in additional languages, such as French or German
