Senior BIM Project Coordinator

As a seasoned professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM), you will take on a leadership role to oversee multiple architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) BIM projects simultaneously.

  1. Project Coordination

    Lead and manage numerous BIM projects concurrently, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring they adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies. Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues.

  2. Client Engagement

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships. Attend client meetings to thoroughly understand their project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and promptly address any concerns or inquiries. Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.

  3. Skills and Qualifications

    Must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in team management, project coordination, and client engagement is essential.
