Job Description:

The BIM Manager will lead the organization's Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, implementation, and management across multiple projects. This role involves overseeing BIM teams, developing standards, ensuring quality control, integrating digital design processes, and driving innovation through advanced BIM practices.

The candidate should have strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven experience in managing large-scale BIM-enabled projects. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing BIM execution strategies, protocols, and standards across the organization.

This role requires excellent knowledge of BIM platforms, LOD specifications, and coordination processes. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
